All orders begin to be processed from the moment of purchase.
How long does my order take?
Our shipments for the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands will be made through a courier service, the order will have a time of 15 working days of management and another 48 hours of delivery to your home without counting Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.
For the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Andorra, orders can take up to 7 days only for shipping from the order, as we will process them through Correos.
The orders abroad will depend on the location of each country, it is calculated according to the country, between 5 and 20 days.
I received a defective or incorrect item.
Customer satisfaction is our priority, so if you have received a product that has some tare or you think is not of optimum quality, please contact us and we will reply as soon as possible email@example.com
If the item has a tare it will be our responsibility and we will cover the return expenses. The tare will be examined in our warehouse once the garment arrives and we will pay the value paid for it.
I have not received any of the garments
In case of lack of stock of some of our garments, we will let you know by email and we will make the corresponding payment, in the same way you made your payment. Check your emails, because before proceeding to your return we will inform you by mail.
Shipments to the Canary Islands and Andorra?
All shipments to the Canary Islands and Andorra will be made by post. In case the customs retain the package, the recipient will have to pay for the management costs. This condition is accepted with the completion of the purchase. In those cases in which the article has reached its destination and the client rejects the customs and management payment, this amount will be deducted from the return of the product. Returns & Exchanges
Like any online store you can return all the products of our store with the exception of custom clothing (made to measure, with a change of fabric or size greater than size 12).
For any exchange or refund, you have 14 business days from when you receive the pledge (date of delivery note) at your home to communicate with De la Dos a la Twelve and communicate the desire to return your purchase. DELADOSALADOCE will not accept any article against reimbursement.
The article is your full responsibility until you arrive at our office.
Transfers and subscriptions
Once the garment is received in our office, and after approval, you will receive the amount of the returned merchandise through an expiration voucher of 6 months, for the value of the merchandise.
All return conditions are in addition to the remote sales regulations.
